Joshua Tree

Spring break came and went way too quickly. Leigh, Adam and I went to Joshua Tree mostly to climb, sadly there are no climbing pictures, a testament to how much fun we had. We did manage to get a mess of uni pictures, mostly because Leigh is a great sport.

Madison River (Climbing)

Leigh and I went out today to the Winter Wall and got a quick pitch in. We climbed an unnamed 8 next to "In Spite of Ourselves" it was pretty good, but a bit chilly. We scoped some new lines too, I think there're at least a half dozen new routes that we can put up, hopefully by the end of the week.

Hyalite

Adam and I rode some in Hyalite on Saturday. The conditions were warm, but powdery so there was lots of falling down.

So there's more fun in the snow today, skiing and sledding along with a violin recital. Hey what's the only thing meaner than bringing a tone deaf guy to a little kids recital? Answer after pictures.

Answer: Bringing a guy who's not. Just kidding, some of them were pretty good, as far as I could tell.

Back in the frozen flatland for a bit without a uni. So there are things to be done, some sledding and some kites. Here's what I got from today.
